In accordance with Art. 13 of the European General Data Protection Regulation, we process the following data:
- Your master data (first name, last name, address, telephone, email, date of birth, place of birth, language, etc.)
- Your data in travel documents and ID cards
- Your data relating to payments, debit cards, credit cards and bank cards
- the length of stay you request, as well as personal preferences related to your stay that you share with us
We store and process the data to provide our services and, where necessary and required by law, transfer it to third-party recipients (e.g. public authorities, tourist association). Your data will not be transferred to third countries.
If you refuse to provide master data, travel document data and bank details, we will not be able to fulfil our contractual obligations and accommodate you at our property. We do not use profiling or automated decision-making.
The legal bases for these data processing operations are:
- the fulfilment of our pre-contractual and contractual obligations towards you
- consents obtained from you
- our statutory, contractual or other legal obligations (e.g. documentation rights and obligations under accounting, tax and customs law, contract management, registration requirements, or legal disputes)
- our legitimate interests (e.g. improving our customer service, including direct marketing, or safeguarding our own legal interests).
The storage period is determined by the duration of our business relationship, the consents you have given and, beyond that, the statutory retention periods and legal obligations applicable to us.
You can request information about your personal data stored by us at any time, free of charge. As a data subject, you also have the right to withdraw consent, access, erasure, rectification, restriction and portability of your personal data, provided there is no statutory retention obligation on our part. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, all your data will be deleted irrevocably, unless this would violate overriding legal provisions.
For more information about your rights as a data subject, please contact us at info@panorama-pfelders.com
Changes to our privacy policy
We reserve the right to amend this privacy policy so that it always complies with current legal requirements or to implement changes to our services in the privacy policy, e.g. when introducing new services. The new privacy policy will then apply to your next visit.
Cookies
We use cookies on our website. These are small files that your browser automatically creates and that are stored on your device (laptop, tablet, smartphone, etc.) when you visit our website. Cookies do not cause any damage to your device and do not contain viruses, Trojans or other malware. The cookie stores information that results in each case in connection with the specific device used. However, this does not mean that we obtain direct knowledge of your identity. The use of cookies serves, on the one hand, to make using our services more convenient for you. For example, we use so-called session cookies to recognise that you have already visited individual pages of our website. These are automatically deleted when you leave our website. In addition, to optimise user-friendliness, we also use temporary cookies that are stored on your device for a specified period of time. If you visit our website again to use our services, it is automatically recognised that you have been here before and which entries and settings you made, so you do not have to enter them again. On the other hand, we use cookies to statistically record the use of our website and to evaluate it for the purpose of optimising our services for you (see section 5). These cookies enable us to automatically recognise, on a subsequent visit to our website, that you have been here before. These cookies are automatically deleted after a defined period. The data processed by cookies is required for the purposes mentioned to safeguard our legitimate interests and those of third parties pursuant to Art. 6(1) sentence 1 lit. f GDPR. Most browsers accept cookies automatically. However, you can configure your browser so that no cookies are stored on your computer or so that a notice always appears before a new cookie is created. Completely disabling cookies may mean that you cannot use all functions of our website.

Log files
Like most websites, we automatically collect certain information and store it in log files. This information includes Internet Protocol addresses (IP addresses), browser type, Internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamps and clickstream data.
This data, also known as log files, is stored on the servers of ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich in Germany and is usually deleted after a few days.
SSL encryption
To protect the security of your data during transmission, we use encryption methods that reflect the current state of the art (e.g. SSL) via HTTPS.
Contact form
If you contact us by email or via the contact form with questions of any kind, you give us your voluntary consent for the purpose of contacting you. Providing a valid email address is required for this. It is used to assign the enquiry and then respond to it. Providing additional data is optional. The information you provide will be stored for the purpose of processing the enquiry and for possible follow-up questions. Once your enquiry has been dealt with, personal data will be deleted automatically.
Use of external services
This website uses the following external tracking services:
USE OF GOOGLE ANALYTICS
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”, text files that are stored on your computer and enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, if IP anonymisation is activated on this website, your IP address will first be shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there.
On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide other services related to website use and internet use to the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.
You can prevent cookies from being stored by selecting the appropriate settings in your browser software. Please note that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of this website.
You can prevent the collection of data about your use of this website (including your IP address) and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de.
You can also prevent Google Analytics from collecting data by clicking the following link. An opt-out cookie will be set that prevents future collection of your data when you visit this website: Disable Google Analytics.
More information about Google Analytics terms of use and privacy can be found at: https://www.google.com/analytics/terms/de.html and at https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245?hl=de.
This website uses Google Analytics with IP masking to ensure anonymised collection of IP addresses.
Please note that we also use Google Analytics to evaluate data from AdWords and the DoubleClick cookie for statistical purposes. If you do not want this, you can disable it via the Ads Settings Manager at https://adssettings.google.com/?hl=de.
Use of script libraries (Google Webfonts)
To display our content correctly and in a visually appealing way across browsers, we use script libraries and font libraries on this website, such as Google Webfonts (https://www.google.com/webfonts/). Google Webfonts are transferred to your browser cache to avoid multiple loading. If the browser does not support Google Webfonts or blocks access, content will be displayed in a standard font.
Calling script libraries or font libraries automatically triggers a connection to the operator of the library. In theory, it is possible—though currently unclear whether and, if so, for what purposes—that operators of such libraries collect data.
You can find Google’s privacy policy here: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/
Use of Google Maps
This website uses the Google Maps API to display geographical information visually. When using Google Maps, Google also collects, processes and uses data about visitors’ use of the map functions. For more information about data processing by Google, please refer to Google’s privacy notices. There you can also change your personal privacy settings in the Privacy Center.
Detailed instructions on managing your own data in connection with Google products can be found here.
